The Annual Awards Series Highlights The Best Places To Work According To Anonymous Employer Feedback
PORTLAND, Maine, Dec. 14, 2022 – Logically, one of the nation’s leading managed IT and security service providers, was named as one of Comparably’s “Best Companies for Women” as part of the annual Comparably Awards series highlighting the best CEOs and places to work.
Comparably’s Best Places to Work Awards are given to organizations whose employees rate their workplace above a certain threshold in multiple categories. Logically was selected as Comparably’s Best Company for Women based on feedback from female employees.
To determine award winners, workers are asked structured questions (in yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, multiple-choice formats) spanning 16 different workplace topics (from compensation, perks, and benefits to work-life balance, career growth, and leadership). Each answer is then given a numerical score and compared to companies of similar size.
