Based in Trumbull, CT, INSURLYNX is an independent, national insurance company which provides auto, homeowners, business, life, health, employee benefits, property and casualty, personal and commercial, and Medicare insurance to clients. INSURLYNX is made up of independent agents who are free to choose the best carrier for their clients’ insurance needs. They do not work for an insurance company, but work for their clients and pride themselves on seeking to obtain fair, prompt payment and services for them. The company was founded by Cynthia (Cindy) Hartsburg, who currently serves as the owner and President of INSURLYNX, and is Logically’s main point of contact. There are just under 10 employees at the company.
IT Challenge
Logically has been working with INSURLYNX for two years, handling the insurance provider’s day-to-day IT operations including server backups and cybersecurity measures. When employees went completely remote due to the pandemic, INSURLYNX was extremely confident that they already had the proper security measures in place to handle any possible issues. Logically also assisted with security training with INSURLYNX’s employees.
