IT Challenge

IT Challenge Logically (then Network Support Company) has been working with Maplewood Senior Living for nine years. Maplewood owns and operates 16 senior living communities, each with its own unique set
of network challenges. Initially, Logically helped Maplewood implement a cohesive IT strategy across all locations, preventing significant amounts of downtime the organization had experienced when working with other IT providers in years past. Logically was also able to re-tool existing locations for maximum efficiency and set up new communities for immediate success. Part of that process involved making Maplewood SOC compliant. In addition, Logically worked with Maplewood to implement and maintain several custom technologies, including a highly advanced nurse call system, the ability to track and monitor residents’ locations (which is especially important for memory care patients) and POS system integration, to name a few.
