Chief Revenue Officer
Steve is Logically’s Chief Revenue Officer and brings over 24 years of Information Technology and Cybersecurity industry experience. Most recently, Steve led Sales and Marketing at CynergisTek, a cybersecurity consulting firm focused on highly regulated markets like healthcare, financial services, and federal government contractors. Over his career, Steve has functioned in various roles from Regional VP to Executive Leader with assignments encompassing corporate and program management, transformational organizational design, cybersecurity operations, cloud security, and executive-level consulting. He also led sales & marketing organizations for two of the Gartner Magic Quadrant leaders in MSSPs, Verizon and Trustwave.
Steve’s special interests include sustainable and resilient security operations, threat intelligence, data security, privacy, leadership development, and sales methodology. He is an avid reader and reads a book a month ranging from biographies, history, business, and professional development. Married for over 30 years and father of two adult children, Steve is a true renaissance man who loves to cook and has a wine collection of over 400 bottles of wine from Italy, France, Spain, and California. He is also bilingual in Spanish and English.
Board Member
Mike co-founded Logically (originally named Winxnet) in 1999 and serves as a member of the Logically Board of Directors, ConnectWise Advisory Board, and Intel Board of Advisors. He oversees the Integration Management Office and the company’s aggressive M&A strategy.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Providence College, and early in his career worked in the Neuropsychology lab at the University of Rochester conducting brainwave research, but soon switched to IT once he discovered computers were much easier to fix than people. Michael lives in Harpswell, Maine with his wife Lori and their three children: Juliet, Caleb, and Reilly.
Chief Operating Officer
Keith Johnson serves as Logically’s Chief Operating Officer responsible for leading the Managed Services, Professional Services, Project Management Office and Cybersecurity Business Unit. With over 25 years of IT security and managed service experience, Keith joined the Logically team through the acquisition of Cerdant in 2021 where he served as Chief Security Officer for leading and enhancing cybersecurity services, risk assessments, and 24/7/365 security operational support.
Keith holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and earned his BSBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisville. Keith has a strong passion for customer service excellence, cybersecurity awareness, and mentorship and enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children in Louisville, Kentucky.
Chief Executive Officer
For over 20 years, Joshua Skeens has been a noteworthy leader in the Cybersecurity and Information Technology industry. In his role as Chief Executive Officer at Logically, Joshua is passionate about taking a proactive customer-centric approach to protecting customers’ environments and securing their organizations for the future.
Joshua joined Logically through the acquisition of Cerdant where Skeens played a pivotal role in taking the company from a 4-person security start-up to a 70-person cybersecurity company powerhouse before exit. Over the past two decades, Skeens held multiple executive leadership roles overseeing Managed Services, Professional Services, Operations, and Cybersecurity.
Skeens takes a personal interest in elevating talent within the organization and empowering people to develop both personally and professionally. During his time at Cerdent, Skeens created Cerdant University, a company training program dedicated to education around essential products and services.
Heavily invested in the cybersecurity industry, Skeens serves on SonicWall’s partner advisory board and is involved in (ISC)² and Information Systems Security Association (ISSA). He holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University, and a cybersecurity degree from Hocking College.
When not working to deliver exceptional customer service and security for Logically’s customers, Skeens and his wife can most likely be found in Charleston, SC where they love to tour the historic city. Skeens also enjoys spending time with his family at the family farm in southern Ohio.
Chief Product Officer
Paul is the Chief Product Officer at Logically and has over 35 years in the technology industry, leading multiple companies through complex practice development, business integration and technical programs. Paul joined Halski Systems in 2015 as their virtual CIO (vCIO) working with clients to provide state of the art solutions and developing their technology roadmap to guide their future . After the acquisition of Halski Systems by Logically in September 2021, Paul took on more responsibilities in developing new business process to improve company performance and creating the Logically Partner Business Alliance business unit. Paul continues to recognize and believe in the demand for exceptional IT services and the dependency all businesses have in long-term technology solutions. Exceptional technology, combined with a frictionless customer experience, creates satisfied clients and satisfied clients make Logically a success!
Paul Turner is married to his best friend Kathy, and they have three amazing daughters, Kelly, Amanda and Stephanie. Paul grew up traveling with his family until settling in Atlanta in 1976. He considers himself a ‘Georgia boy’ growing up in Stone Mountain and eventually attending the University of Georgia.
Vice President of Marketing
MJ Patent spent the last decade building and scaling marketing teams for several IT channel companies ranging from SMB service providers to Fortune 100 IT Distributors, including Insight and Tech Data. Passionate about community and lifetime learning, she serves on the CompTIA North American Executive Council and as an Ambassador for Pavilion, a community-powered learning platform for go-to-market leaders. She is also a thought leader on holistic go-to-market strategy and sustainable business growth, frequently sharing her expertise at events, on podcasts, and as a contributor to publications like ChannelPro Network.
MJ holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a BBA in Marketing and a BS in Biochemistry from Loyola University Chicago.
Beyond helping companies reach their revenue potential, MJ loves traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her husband and three-year-old.

Michael Coney has vast entrepreneurial and executive experience as well as an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, raising capital and working with a wide range of investors at start-up firms and large public companies.
In his current role as CEO of Voci Technologies he is responsible for driving the strategic vision of a leading provider of speech to text technology. While CEO of Unitrends, he implemented a full transition of a go-to-market and high-velocity sales model, achieving 26 consecutive quarters of record growth resulting in revenue increasing to $100 million (800% growth).
He also led the sale of Unitrends to a major private equity firm. Prior to that, Mike directed sales, support and consulting services at global large enterprises such as VERITAS Software, Sun Micro Systems, and Monster.com.
He previously served in the U.S. Army Security Agency and earned his BS in Science and Technology from New York Institute of Technology. He also attended University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School, Business and Economics Executive Training.
Chairman
John Gustafson is an Operating Partner with Riverside Company and Chairman of the Board of Logically. He has held CEO and/or Board level positions at a number of leading Software, Technology Enabled Services, and Franchising companies. He has significant experience in leading and enabling transformation growth working with Private Equity and Venture Capital.
John holds a Masters Degree in Business and a Bacherlors Degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University. He resides in Vancouver, Washington with his wife and daughter and enjoys travelling and outdoor activities.

Ken Powell is the Chief Commercial Officer for OSG and a global operating executive with 25+ years of achievements in public & private equity-structured organizations.
Ken has a proven track record accelerating top-line growth, building high performance cultures & installing scalable operating infrastructure. He is known for approaching strategy design, innovation & program execution with the collaboration, agility & financial discipline that creates commercial competitiveness, internal momentum & winning results for middle market technology, business services & media organizations across the Americas, EMEA & APAC.
Chief People Officer
Dominique Andrews is the Chief People Officer for Logically. She is a highly engaged leader with extensive experience leading HR, global transformation and M&A in high growth environments across multiple industries. In addition to HR, Dominique has led global managed services teams in sales, marketing, operations and service delivery at IBM and HP. With a passion for people, her focus is purposeful contribution, a strong alignment with the business strategy, and execution. Immediately prior to joining Logically, Dominique worked as an independent consultant, helping small-medium organizations through M&A and strategic transformational initiatives.
Originally from South Africa, Dominique now calls Texas home. When not at work, she loves cooking, theater, and in winter – she can be found watching a Dallas Cowboys game.

Kirill Tatarinov is a business and technology executive with over thirty-two years of enterprise software industry experience. He currently serves on the boards of Acumatica, Avaloq , Acronis and mentors several aspiring technology start-ups. He is also a senior advisor to several private equity and investment firms.
Tatarinov was most recently the President and Chief Executive Officer at Citrix Systems, Inc. (CTXS). Under his leadership, Citrix introduced new vision & strategy and dramatically advanced corporate culture focusing on innovation and transformation to the Cloud. During his tenure, the company achieved six quarters of continued operational improvement meeting or exceeding the Street’s expectations, generated shareholder returns exceeding fifty percent, revived core products and nurtured new Cloud initiatives and acquisitions.
Tatarinov previously spent thirteen years at Microsoft Corporation in several executive leadership roles serving as the President of the Microsoft Business Solutions Division (MBS) with end-to-end responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics business – significantly improving profitability and doubling the business. And, prior to that, he was Corporate Vice President of Management and Solutions Division, where he oversaw the Microsoft Windows management technologies and products, including Microsoft System Center, as well as Windows Server solutions. From 2011 until his departure in 2015, Kirill was a member of Microsoft’s Senior Leadership Team.
Before joining Microsoft in 2002, Tatarinov was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for BMC Software, Inc. He joined BMC in 1994 via acquisition of Patrol Software where he was co-founder, chief architect, and head of R&D.

Nancy Graham is an associate on the investment team at The Riverside Company. She joined Riverside in 2018 and works in the Los Angeles, CA office.
Nancy holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Christopher Claudio co-founded Winxnet in 1999 and provided leadership and strategic direction as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2018, Winxnet and K&R Network solutions merged to form a coast-to-coast managed IT services company. In 2019, both companies rebranded as Logically to form one unified entity.
Today, Chris is primarily responsible for corporate direction, business development and growth strategies. Chris’ broader vision for Logically, is to assemble a team which shares his values of customer service, excellence and integrity. He has instilled in the culture of the company the simple concept of “do the right thing” always, and the rest will follow.
Entrepreneurship struck Chris early as a student at the University of Maryland where prior to graduation, Chris launched his first of numerous technology ventures focusing on web and database driven applications. In addition to managing his first startup, Chris joined Computer Sciences Corporation as a Senior Technical Architect and Systems Engineer where he helped architect and support the global technology infrastructure for General Dynamics.
Chris holds multiple engineering and technical certifications and continues his work with clients today focusing on IT governance and organizational excellence in the delivery and management of IT. Chris is passionate about serving his community. He serves on the Board of Trustees at MaineHealth, Maine Medical Center, and The University of New England in addition to serving on the Board of Directors at Gorham Savings Bank.
Chief Financial Officer
Karl Noone joined Logically as Chief Financial Officer in December 2018. Karl is primarily responsible for overseeing our finance operations including accounting, financial planning, treasury and recruiting. Karl is an operationally focused, metrics-driven finance executive with over 25 years of experience building and enhancing finance organizations at publicly traded and privately held technology companies.
Karl holds a B.S. degree from Boston College, with summa cum laude distinction. When not managing the finances of Logically, Karl enjoys spending time on Sebago Lake with his wife, Tracy, and two sons, Tyler, and Jack.
Chief Information Officer
Chris Morton serves as Logically’ s Chief Information Officer leading our IT Ops, Technical Product Development, Network Operations Center and Cloud Services teams. Chris joined the Logically team through the acquisition of The Network Support Company in 2021 where he had served as CTO. Chris started with The Network Support Company back in 2005 and was instrumental in helping launch, manage and grow their managed services offerings.
Chris holds multiple technical certifications as well as a BBA in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys outdoor sports and has a passion for skiing and hiking. Chris lives with wife and daughter in Bethel, CT.
