Seasoned Executive to Lead Best-in-Class Operational Excellence for World-Class MSP
Portland, Maine, September 24, 2020 – Logically, the leading provider of Managed IT Services to small and midsize organizations, has named Ron Lugo as the company’s first Chief Administration Officer, charging him with formalizing the processes to support the continued growth of the nationally-recognized and awarded company.
Mr. Lugo, will lead the firm’s internal processes to support Logically’s continued organic and inorganic growth as the company continues to deliver high quality, layered services that include OpLogic™, an industry-leading Intelligent MSP Platform, Professional Services, and an expansive security offering through Logically’s Security Suite.

Ron Lugo is a seasoned, executive leader with a variety of diverse business experiences. Prior to joining Logically, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Rainmaker where he led the Delivery, Customer Success, Human Resources, Information Technology and Commercial Operations Teams. Rainmaker was later acquired by Cendyn, where Mr. Lugo continued to lead Revenue Operations, Information Technology, M&A integration efforts and the Ovations business unit, as Chief Administrative Officer.
Mr. Lugo began his successful career as a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he was part of their Oracle SCM practice. He later joined Ariba, where he spent 17 years in various leadership roles, most recently as Global Vice President, Customer Operations. While at Ariba, Mr. Lugo was a key team member that contributed in growing Ariba’s market cap by over 500 percent in the years leading up to acquisition by SAP. In addition, Mr. Lugo also spent time as a Business Analyst for Bank of America and was fortunate, in his early years, to have held several leadership and supervisory roles within Anheuser Busch Entertainment Corporation.
Mr. Lugo holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
